Openings consist of 6/1 double hung windows with <br />moulded entablature on front first storey and 1/1 paired double hung with label moulding on <br />second storey front. Elaborate engaged pediment with square Doric supports and entablature <br />surround front door along with a wood decorative arched fanlight. <br />ALTERATIONS: None documented on 1987 survey card. <br />APPLICATION ITEMS: Rubber roof over flat roof and Tamko designer 30 year shingles over <br />3&1 old shingles. K -style gutters to replace existing K -style gutters. <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED PROJECT: Owners are applying to install rubber on flat <br />front porch roof over the metal roof currently installed. Also applying to install asphalt <br />architectural shingles over the 3 tab shingles currently on the gabled portion of the roof. <br />According to contractor, there is only one roof underneath and they will not be doing a complete <br />tear off. Steel flashings will be reworked and replaced in-kind where needed.
