The exterior <br />walls are covered with asbestos shingles. The cross hip roof has asphalt shingles and a <br />wide over hang with aluminum soffit. The enclosed porch has end piers that extend <br />above its roof. The windows are double hung 5/1 vertical sash. <br />ALTERATIONS: Some of the windows have aluminum storms. The asbestos shingle <br />siding was installed prior to 1949 and the aluminum soffit was added. The roof appears to <br />be a replacement. The side steps and landing were replaced with COA 2008-0328. <br />U APPLICATION ITEMS: Replacing existing shingled roof with new shingles. <br />
