They were informed that Staff <br />could approve the sign only if it replicated what was there prior to their restaurant and did <br />not obscure or fasten into the original terra cotta of the JMS Building. <br />21 October the Dominquers applied for a COA for the sign that replicated the previous <br />sign. Since all of the other awning signs are in black -for the -other businesses they chose <br />to use a dark color as well. <br />
