C. STAFF REPORTS <br />1. Correspondence -File Circulated. Discussion of East Wayne party <br />invitation and Cindy Bodle notifying staff of the estimated fee revenue <br />deadline. <br />2. Routine Maintenance Exclusion Approvals - Submitted in packets. <br />3. Director's Report -Distributed. <br />4. AD Report -Distributed. Announcement of DHPA scholarship <br />awarded to attend the NAPC Forum 2010. <br />5. Legal Counsel -None. Discussion of what could be done when an <br />applicant doesn't appear for a meeting. <br />D. COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />1. Presidents Report -Will be rolled into July's report. <br />V. OLD BUSINESS <br />A. Sons of Israel Synagogue — Todd Zeiger reported that he has been working with City <br />staff on a re -use for the building to be used in conjunction with Coveleski Stadium. <br />B. Green Weekend wrap up — Elicia reported on the event, thanking Commissioner <br />Zeiger for his participation as a workshop speaker and President Klusczinski for <br />attending and assisting with breakdown on Friday. <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS <br />VII.
