July 11 Attended East Wayne Street Annual Party on the Island between 5:30 and 7:30. <br />July12 Put together packet of information and Riverside Dr. Standards for Kennedy <br />Kafatia new owner of 812 Golden after discussing the City Code concerning fencing in <br />front yards. On site visit to 812 Golden. Followed up with Ken Swenk owner of Pine <br />Road landmark with information that the survey cards (1975 and 1987) state that the <br />transoms in his windows were not original to the structure. Worked with Neal Wozniak, <br />317 LaMonte to prepare COA for July meeting and added to Agenda. <br />July 13 106 Reviews: onsite photographs for grants on Brick Road and David Street. On <br />site photograph for COA for 317 La Monte; email COA in pdf to Commissioners. <br />Worked on DTSB walking tour presentation. <br />July 14 Had Office 2003 installed on Computer and Acrobat. Returned requested <br />information for insurance to Cindy Bodle on Excel. Researched 2102 E. Cedar for <br />resident and sent information. Referred Jeff Dierbeck to Abatron. Followed up with new <br />homeowner at 818 Leland on shed inquiry. <br />July15 Met with Robert Nathan of Dudley Ventures concerning the water issues he was <br />experiencing at the Studebaker Admin. Building; offered to assist him with his dealings <br />with the City in any way that we could. On site visit to 818 Leland to photograph house <br />and drop off information for homeowner to prepare COA for shed. Left message for Greg <br />Zientara, City Controller to obtain the City's $25,000.00 to HPC for 2010. <br />July 16 Created Invoice for City funding of HPC to Greg Zientara after discussion with <br />Greg. Worked with Jeff Jankowski, City Legal with general information on National <br />Register. Spoke with John Freidline and Morgan La Fleur about fixing the windows, <br />masonry and roofing upgrades at 803 W. Washington John will start with the applying <br />linseed oil to the windows and put the screens on which he said were stored in the <br />basement. Masonry is another issue that is very expensive -but reminded him that if <br />masonry continues to deteriorate it will only get more expensive. He is aware of the <br />problems and will begin to fix them. Picked up 2011 Budget from Auditor's Office, <br />County is requesting that we keep to the same budget but understand that expenses are <br />increasing and will consider increases if well documented and defended. Organized 40 <br />Grant 106 Reviews for on-site documentation and photographs for next week. <br />
