SHE ALSO RELATED THAT THE <br />PANGBURNS' WINDOWS WERE DELIVERED TO CHAMPION AND READY TO BE <br />INSTALLED. THIS WAS UNUSUAL SINCE CHAMPION HAS ALWAYS COOPERATED <br />WITH THE OFFICE AND HAS EDUCATED ITS SALES STAFF ABOUT LHDS AND THE <br />NEED FOR COA APPROVALS. SUE SOLMOS IS ALSO LOOKING INTO WHY THE <br />REALTOR DIDN'T DISCLOSE THIS INFORMATION TO THE HOMEOWNERS. THIS IS <br />SOMETHING THAT THE REALTOR IS OBLIGATED TO DO. <br />I SPOKE WITH THE HOMEOWNER OVER THE PHONE BEFORE 10:30 AND <br />ARRANGED FOR WAYNE AND I TO MEET WITH HER AT 1:45. <br />WAYNE AND I ARRIVED AT 1238 EAST WAYNE SOUTH TO EXAMINE THE <br />WINDOWS. WE WERE ALLOWED INSIDE AND WE WERE ABLE TO DETERMINE <br />THAT THESE WINDOWS WERE NOT ORIGINAL TO THE HOUSE. THESE WERE <br />INEXPENSIVE REPLACEMENT WINDOWS, WITH 6/6 GRIDS INSERTED WITH <br />METAL CLIPS TO SIMULATE MUTTINS. THE SASHES WERE HELD TOGETHER WITH <br />SCREWS EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD OPERABLE SASH LOCKS. THEY WERE <br />WARPED AND COULD NOT BE OPENED OR CLOSED WITHOUT A STRUGGLE. <br />STAFF APPROVED THE IN-KIND REPLACEMENT OF THE EIGHT REPLACEMENT <br />WINDOWS FROM CHAMPION. WAYNE AND I ALSO DROPPED OFF A SUPPLY OF <br />THE DISTRICT BROCHURES TO CHAMPION. <br />
