Commission approval requested for <br />Quit Claim Deed for property located <br />in the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that this Quit Claim <br />Deed is for a small, 30 ft. wide property <br />along the north edge of the property. She <br />also noted that the main Deed for this <br />property has already been recorded and is <br />subject to the terms of the Contract. She <br />also stated that this is a supplemental <br />piece of land. She noted that the Deed for <br />this 30 foot parcel was never recorded <br />because at that time the start of <br />construction wasn't firm. <br />co Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and carried, the <br />Commission approved the Quit Claim <br />Deed for property located in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. Mr. <br />Faccenda abstained. <br />c. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1531 approving an <br />application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />(Steel Warehouse Co., Inc.
