T' <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - July 18, 1997 <br />3. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />FUND 619 <br />Meadowbrook Golf Management <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Ms. Auburn and carried, the Commission <br />approved the Claims submitted July 18, 1997 <br />and ordered the checks to be released. Ms. <br />Schwartz abstained. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Commission approval requested for <br />Addendum to Contract for Sale of <br />Land for Private Development between <br />the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission and Midwest Land <br />Company. <br />Ms. Kolata stated that this Addendum is <br />for the construction of Bowne Printing <br />Company. This Addendum will change <br />the start date of construction to August 1, <br />1997, and the completion to July 31, <br />1998. <br />Bruce Bancroft introduced Jerry <br />Christensen, Vice - President and General <br />Manager of Bowne Printing Company. <br />Bruce Bancroft stated that Mr. <br />Christensen will be in charge of the <br />H:\HOW\CPHIPPS\WPDATA\COMMSM071897.MIN <br />-4- <br />$6,450.00 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS SUBMITTED <br />JULY 18, 1997 AND ORDERED THE CHECKS TO BE <br />RELEASED <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS <br />
