The Agreement <br />references the fact that the project has <br />already gone through architectural site <br />plan review in 1996, and the final <br />construction plans and specs should be <br />submitted on or before April 30, 1998 or <br />sixty (60) days after the submission of the <br />financial commitment. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Addendum <br />to Contract for Sale of Land for Private <br />Development between the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission and <br />Management Consortium, Inc. <br />y. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for engineering services in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />Ms. Kolata asked permission to table item <br />6.y. There were no objections and item <br />6.y. was tabled. <br />z.
