Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1530, a resolution of the <br />South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission determining tax <br />increment needed to satisfy obligations <br />of the Commission regarding the <br />Sample -Ewing Allocation Area. (South <br />Bend Allocation Area No. 8) <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission adopted Resolution <br />No. 1530, a resolution of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission determining <br />tax increment needed to satisfy <br />obligations of the Commission regarding <br />the Sample -Ewing Allocation Area. <br />(South Bend Allocation Area No. 8) <br />s. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal from J.F. New & Associates, <br />Inc. for purchase of plant materials <br />and related professional services for <br />Golf Course wetland areas. <br />Ms. Kolata stated that this proposal is in <br />the amount of $4,700. She also noted <br />that J.F. New & Associates originally <br />submitted the proposal to Blackthorn <br />Golf Course. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the proposal <br />from J.F.
