She also stated that this is a notice <br />that Redevelopment needs to send to the <br />County Auditor on an annual basis stating <br />that the Commission has no excess <br />increment for the next taxing year. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission adopted Resolution <br />No. 1527, a resolution of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission determining <br />tax increment needed to satisfy <br />obligations of the Commission regarding <br />the South Bend Central Allocation Area <br />(South Bend Central Allocation Area No. <br />IA) <br />p. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1528, a resolution of the <br />South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission determining tax <br />increment needed to satisfy obligations <br />of the Commission regarding the <br />Airport Economic Development <br />Allocation Area No. 1. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that this resolution <br />states the Commission's intent to <br />determine tax increment needed in order <br />to meet obligations of the Commission in <br />the Airport Economic Development <br />Allocation Area No. 1.
