(Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area) <br />k. Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1523, <br />a supplemental appropriation <br />resolution of the City of South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. (South <br />Bend Central Development Area) <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that the following <br />items be entered into the record: <br />Affidavits from the South Bend Tribune <br />and Tri- County News, that the Notice of <br />Public Hearing was published. <br />Mr. Hunt asked if there were any <br />objections to the items being entered into <br />the record. There were no objections and <br />the items were entered. <br />Ms. Kolata stated that this resolution <br />appropriates $2,165,128 in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area. She <br />also stated that this appropriation is for <br />both direct expenditures for local public <br />improvements and for bond and lease <br />payments. <br />Ms. Kolata stated that not all the funds <br />are actually being spent but will be <br />allocated to funds that need to be at a <br />certain level by August 1, 1997. <br />Mr. Hunt opened the Public Hearing for <br />anyone who wished to speak.
