NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />g. continued.... <br />Mr. Hunt opened the Public Hearing for <br />anyone who wished to speak. There was <br />no one who wished to speak concerning <br />Resolution No. 1521. Mr. Hunt closed <br />the Public Hearing for whatever action <br />the Commission wished to take. <br />h. Commission action Resolution No. <br />1521. <br />Ms. Schwartz asked Ms. Kolata why <br />wasn't this appropriation included in the <br />budget. Ms. Kolata stated that an annual <br />budget wasn't adopted at the beginning of <br />the year. Ms. Schwartz asked if the <br />amount of Tax Increment isn't known <br />until it is received. Ms. Kolata stated that <br />is correct. Ms. Kolata noted that <br />Redevelopment had no original budget. <br />She also noted that generally <br />appropriations are done twice a year. She <br />also stated that this is Tax Increment and <br />money earned from land bought with Tax <br />Increment funds. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />adopted Resolution No. 1521, a <br />supplemental appropriation resolution of <br />the City of South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission.
