STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Pending pennission from the owner, staff <br />recommends approval of the proposed sign as it is appropriate to the building, respecting <br />the size, scale and design of the building Nvith the existing alterations, however, staff did <br />not take exact measures at the parapet to ensure this size would fit. Staff recommends <br />removing a portion of the chain link fence. Staff has no recommendation for the <br />replacement door as there are no further details at this time. <br />
