I LR
14 April 2010: Wayne and I met with homeowner on site after TW Construction was
denied a building permit for the roof without a COA. Photographs were taken of the
garage. The homeowner, Jessica Payer, was satisfied with the quality and type of the
work on the lintel and bricks.
April 15, 2010 Terry Willingham of TW Construction, a licensed and bonded contractor,
applied for a COA for all of the work that was done and the proposed re- installation of
the garage roof. In my discussions with Mr. Willingham on the re- installation of the roof,
he clarified that the roof did have a minor pitch to it so that the water would run off on
the south side wall of the garage which is flush with the roofline. This feature is not
visible at ground level and its view is obstructed by a privacy fence and another nearby
garage. Staff issued the COA so that the permit for the completion of roof could be
issued.
