Catherine Hostetler is to give Larry all of the information pertaining to that issue in the Office's files The Ruston Apartments The Resolution to designate the Rushton Apartments as a local landmark was presented to the Commission for consideration by President Timothy Klusczinski. On the motion by Timothy Klusczinski with a second by Jerry Niesgodski the Commissioners voted unanimously to send the Ordinance to landmark the Rushton Apartments to the South Bend Common Council. Hearing of Visitors: There were no visitors remaining. REGULAR BUSINESS The Minutes of the September 21, 2009 meeting were accepted by consensus. The September Location Report was discussed in light of the on going 2010 budget discussions between the department heads and the various County Officials and Auditors. Catherine is scheduled to meet with them on Tuesday, October 20 at 5:30 to request a reduction of the 78% in cuts to the operating budget, so that necessary expenses would be covered. The Staff Reports were distributed along with the Correspondence File and the Third Quarter Report for the Office along with September's Staff Approvals of COAs. There was no report from Legal and the President's Report will be included in November's President's Report. 11
