Assistant Director's Report <br />HPC Meeting 10.19.2009 <br />1. City Cemetery National Register Nomination <br />Review/organize file and digital files <br />—Review Technical Review Sheet from DHPA and list future actions <br />Email correspondence with Amy Walker of DHPA to receive new form <br />2. Amy's Projects <br />Review list of current projects and begin familiarizing myself with each <br />individual project to determine which direction to go with each. <br />3. Create master lists for future reference of: <br />Past grants <br />—Past HPC programs/ outreach efforts <br />4. Review/ organize all physical files surrounding the vicinity of the Assistant <br />Directors desk <br />5. Develop list of my goals <br />6. Review/ organize all computer files on Assistant Directors computer <br />7. Phone conversation with Tommy Kluckner of HLFI re: preservation ordinance <br />in Terre Haute. Emailed total # of local landmarks in South Bend/ St. Joseph <br />County <br />8. Discussion with Catherine and/or Wayne of possible future HPC projects <br />9. Begin Fall/ Winter 2009 newsletter <br />10. Green Ribbon Committee <br />Familiarize self with history of committee and its goals <br />Prepare for and attend 10.7.09 meeting, received further tasks to research <br />and develop <br />—Met with Catherine to further develop Educational Session Series and <br />Conference.
