Wayne is a two storey frame home with a brick fagade on the first storey and vinyl <br />"clapboard" siding on the second storey and the remaining three sides of the house.. The house <br />has a rectangular plan. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and simple raking trim. <br />The first storey has a large front picture window with double 4 light casements in wood frames <br />with limestone sills. There are paired 4 light casements on the 2nd floor. There is a side brick <br />chimney. The entry has a shed canopy supported by turned wood columns and railings set upon <br />a concrete stoop. There is one storey gable roof side wing. There is a detached garage with <br />siding and a gable roof with asphalt shingles. <br />ALTERATIONS: <br />
