The <br />taxes paid with the abatement total <br />approximately $12,921. <br />Michael Wojtysiak stated that General <br />Sheet Metal, Inc. needs that equipment to <br />maintain existing quality and achieve <br />future growth. He handed out equipment <br />brochures to the Redevelopment <br />Commission. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission adopted Resolution No. <br />1514 approving an application for personal <br />property tax deduction for property located <br />in the Sample Ewing Development Area. <br />(General Sheet Metal, Inc.) <br />e. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1515 approving the <br />transfer of real property to the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that this is for property <br />at 309 -313 S. Scott Street. This property <br />will be transferred to the Board of Public <br />Works.
