("LCr) is pleased to submit for your consideration our proposal for <br />construction of a new front porch to your existing house located at 215 Hammond Place South <br />Bend, Indiana in the amount of $3,3890.00 (Three Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Nine <br />Dollars). All work will be in accordance with the soon to follow drawing and the following <br />outline specifications. <br />NOTE: ONLY ITEMS SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED HEREIN ARE INCLUDED. ANY <br />OTHER ITEMS WILL BE ADDITIONAL TO CONTRACT. <br />SUPERVISION <br />Provide supervision of project. <br />LAYOUT <br />Provide layout of the new front porch. <br />CLEAN UP <br />Provide clean up of jobsite during construction. <br />Provide final clean up of remodeled porch. <br />Construction debris will be hauled off site. <br />TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION <br />Temporarily close up newly created openings during construction as needed. <br />WEATHER PROTECTION <br />Costs for weather protection and/or winter conditions requiring temporary control of water run- <br />off, heat, straw, concrete additives, etc. in several divisions (i.e., sitework, masonry, concrete, <br />finishes) are not included in this proposal.
