Thanks. You're entitled to make a brief presentation about the project.
Fields: We're just adding onto the back of the house and some of the structural integrity
in the back of the house is a little iffy. It helps serve a more modern function to add onto
the back with the kitchen, bedroom and stuff like that.
Klusczinski: Thank you; does anyone have questions for the petitioner?
Zeiger: Just a quick clarification from the photos. So, just to make sure that I'm
understanding, I'm looking at picture #4, and that's the back?
Fields: Yes, 3 and 4 that's the back.
Zeiger: And that window there, that's where the new addition will butt up against? Is
that right?
Fields: Yes, it's a first and second story renovation, so those are both coming out.
Zeiger: So it comes right in there?
Fields: Yes.
Riley: That's what I didn't understand. All of this is coming out?
Fields: Well, it's being extended into the backyard. By about 17 feet
Zeiger: They're adding onto the back.
Sassano: Wood siding?
Fields: Yes.
Klusczinski. Wood was not called out in the application?
Riley: Is the south elevation the back of the house?
Fields: East is the back of the house.
Klusczinski: Would you be amenable to wood siding being a component of the C of A?
Fields: Right.
7
