Proposed privacy fence <br />The proposed fence is 35 ft long on the east side and 24 ft wide on <br />the south side. The south side is to have an arbor centered in the <br />24 fl span. The fence posts and the arbor posts are 6x6 wood <br />material set in sand, not concrete. The fencing is made of <br />individual 3/4 x 13/8 wood and tech trim with 3 1/2 in open area <br />between slats. The fence is approximately 4 1/2feet high and in 8 fl <br />8 in panels. The corner post is to have a Post light appropriate to <br />the house either in Brass or black cast iron appearance. Each post <br />will be topped with a cap similar to the tops of the porch and <br />walkway columns.
