(Granger, IN) <br />• Concord style with 8/12 pitch roof. <br />• All -wood structure with optional premium construction techniques. <br />Off-white/cream walls to match existing Tudor color on house. <br />Extra -wide dark brown trim to match existing Tudor timbering on house. <br />Dark brown doors to match existing garage doors on house. <br />Decorative wrought -iron antique hardware for period look. <br />Burnt sienna architectural shingles to match existing shingles on house. <br />Nestled among 50' to 60' mature trees along rear property line. <br />5' setback from rear property line (neighboring house). <br />60' setback from east property line (Jacob street). <br />40' setback from west property line (neighboring house). <br />South side of shed (facing house) in line with existing landscape edging. <br />Existing remnants of old concrete footings indicate location of original <br />garden shed in same area. <br />Line up new garden shed doors with existing sidewalk which previously <br />led to (now vacated) alley and original garden shed. <br />Existing concrete pad near rear property line to be expanded to cover <br />footprint of new garden shed. <br />
