Director's Report <br />June, 2608 <br />May 20 Rotary Board of Director's Meeting <br />May 21 Submitted St. Joseph County Bridges Report to INDOT. <br />May 28 Met with County Commissioners Mark Dobson and Bob Kovach <br />concerning Department Car and also concerning landmark at 14297 SR 23 and the Road <br />widening. <br />May 30 106 Review concerning the Intersection at Walnut and Western <br />June 2 Met with Ryan Dvorak and Brendon Crumlish concerning the proposed <br />porch at 215 W. Northshore <br />June 3 Meeting with Terry DeRosa, Zoo Director and the BSSB Executive <br />Committee members to set priorities for the Conservatories and the volunteer staff. <br />June 5 Department Head training seminar on Critical incident Stress De- <br />Briefing <br />June 9 Finance Committee meeting for the Center For History; meeting with <br />Marti Lewis on BSSB priorities for June 10 meeting. <br />June 10 Meeting with Terry DeRose and Growing House Manager, Bob Monroe <br />and BSSB with the priorities for the facilities. Participated in the groundbreaking <br />ceremonies for the American Trust Plaza and Preserve America Presentation. <br />June 11 Arranged with Janice Talboon to have the City Survey Presentation to the <br />Common Council on June 23. Met with Memorial Hospital, NNN and Chapin Park <br />about the plans of Memorial and NNN for the neighborhood. <br />June 12 Began the grant writing process for the endowment of the Horticulturalist <br />position for the Conservatories. <br />
