Attachment A <br />Description of Proposed Work <br />The City of South Bend plans to make selective repairs to the property at 510 Lindsey as <br />part of the Dollar House Program. The City is requesting permission to do the following: <br />■ Replace all windows with Kolbe and Kolbe wood sash kit replacement windows <br />■ Remove the concrete steps / porch on the west side of the property, which was <br />previously used as the entrance to the second floor apartment. (See attachment B <br />for photo of porch.) <br />■ Remove the wrought iron railing and posts from the front porch and replace with <br />railing and posts in a style similar to surrounding architecture (See attachment B <br />for example.) <br />■ Remove existing aluminum siding, and install LP Brand smooth "Smart Siding" <br />that will match the reveal of the original siding. (See attachment B for example of <br />Smart Siding.) <br />■ Repair crack in northeast corner of foundation by tuck -pointing. <br />
