They sold the house in 1922 to Abraham I. Simon, <br />owner and operator of Simon & Simon Co., grocery stores through out the South Bend area. <br />APPLICATION ITEMS: Erect a single stall detached garage per attached, sided with vinyl or T111 siding, <br />to compliment house.
