Loughman or her daughter, Edith Miller. Martha G. Loughman <br />was the widow of George Loughman who was active in local Republican politics as a Councilman for the <br />5th ward between 1879-1881, Mayor of South Bend between 1884 and 1886 and County Auditor in 1894. <br />The residence remained in the Miller family until 1962 when it was sold to Ida and Fred Auer. The <br />current owner is Mr. Michael Pfeil. <br />APPLICATION ITEMS: Installation of new single stall garage on existing concrete foundation.
