Director – Catherine Hostetler <br />846 Distributed to Commission. <br />847 Memorandum discussed for presentation to County Commissioners <br />848 regarding departmental funding sources. Memo includes information on <br />849 the $25K grant from the City, the HPC vehicle, and legal counsel; all <br />850 provided by the City. It is noted that the original agreement securing the <br />851 $25K grant can not be located. Director Hostetler will double check_ with <br />852 the County to see if they may have the originals. <br />853 ■ Newsletter publication was reduced to 4 times, down to 3 times per year <br />854 due to the impending postal increase. President Klusczinski suggested that <br />855 more effort be made to collect email addresses to send newsletters <br />856 electronically. <br />857 ■ Survey books have been discussed at the last few meetings.
