HPC and HLFI staff have been given admission to the building on Friday <br />March 7th for set-up. This will alleviate the unpleasant, unorganized and mad <br />scramble that was last year's set up. <br />2 St. Joseph's cafeteria staff is providing coffee service. That too will be set up <br />the night before, we need only plug in the urns in the morning. <br />3 Hallway, vendor table, classroom and cafeteria set ups will be faxed to the <br />school next week. Set-ups will be verified the night before. <br />4 Registered attendees have not been sent confirmations, nor will they require <br />wrist bands this year. As lunch is included, it wasn't necessary to delineate <br />between paid/un-paid lunchers. Also, not mailing another piece of mail saved <br />on postage. <br />5 Volunteers that wish to help with registration, etc., should plan to be at St. <br />Joseph's High School at 7:30 AM on 3/8/08. Additional information will be <br />sent to you via email or otherwise closer to the date of the event. <br />6 The schedule of the day is attached. <br />
