South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - June 6, 1997 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />e. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal from Ideal Consolidated for <br />repair work in the St. Joseph/Wayne <br />garage retail space. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that vibrations from the <br />furnace cut some tubing connected to the <br />air - conditioning unit behind the heater <br />plate, damaging the cooling coil. <br />She noted that the coil is damaged, <br />unrepairable and needs to be replaced. <br />The cost of the coil is in the amount of <br />$728.00. The cost of the other equipment <br />totals $225.00 and labor is estimated at 32 <br />hours of labor at $43.50 an hour. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, <br />seconded by Ms. Auburn and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the proposal from Ideal <br />Consolidated for repair work in the St. <br />Joseph/Wayne Garage Retail Space. <br />f. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection <br />with the Rental Rehab Loan Program <br />for property located at 829 E.
