171.5 East Wayne Street <br />Gerard Homes Inc. is proposing to add a 16'x13'-6" screen <br />porch to the rear of the home at the above address. We will be <br />pouring footings and a concrete slab. Building materials will be <br />all cedar; black aluminum screen will then be added with cedar <br />trim. Roof will be 1/2" OSB plywood with architectural <br />shingles, Aluminum fascia and soffit to match existing roof. <br />Exterior siding will be 1" x 8" horizontal cedar. Interior <br />will have 3' knee walls on three sides with an 8' x 6'-8" <br />French door leading into existing additiom interior walls and <br />ceiling will have 1 "x 8" horizontal T&G cedar. <br />Exterior siding will be painted first with a primer, and then <br />brown to match existing house color.' <br />All landscaping, sidewalks, fences will be restored to their <br />original appearance. <br />Any suggestions from the. committee in regards to materials <br />being proposed would be greatly appreciated. <br />C2017 • 102.40 <br />
