Shawn Peterson: So you would propose to dissect and actually and actually seek
approval for the four windows...
Georges Enderle: Yes
Shawn Peterson: and the remaining six you would withdraw. for as to...
Georges Enderle: For further study, yes
Shawn Peterson: ... for further study. I guess a motion should be to accept the amended
application and to consider then the four versus the six.
Joann Sporleder: I so move.
Catherine Hostetler: Ok, Joann has moved. Do we have a Second?
Shawn Peterson: A motion has been made. Is there a Second? Motion dies for fail of a
Second. The application currently in front of this Board is for the ten. They have not
accepted the second application. Therefore you would have to submit a new application
for only the four, if you so desire, to be considered at the next meeting. The only way for
them to consider it in due course would have been to accept the amended application and
they have not done so. So, that is the rules' procedure for it, it would have to be
submitted and then considered at the next meeting. The deadline, I believe for a new
Certificate of Appropriateness would be at the November...
Catherine Hostetler: ...November, I don't have a calendar... November 8.
Shawn Peterson: November 8.
Georges Enderle: One or two proposals?
Shawn Peterson: Yes, one proposal for just the four...
Georges Enderle: One for Four and One for Six...
Shawn Peterson: Yes, the one for six you would have to submit at that time and separate
them or you could do the six for a subsequent meeting.
Georges Enderle: Yes
Shawn Peterson: You can dissect those out...
Georges Enderle: November V....
Catherine Hostetler: November 8
