Mr. Milton <br />replied that they're not. These are two <br />story houses that are larger than the <br />Garden Homes houses. <br />Ms. Auburn asked Mr. Milton if he <br />submitted an application for the <br />501(c)(3). Mr. Milton stated that he has <br />submitted an application for the <br />501(c)(3). <br />Mr. Hunt stated that this type of <br />development is good for the community. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Ms. Auburn and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />adopted Resolution No. 1504 approving <br />an application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located at 315 E. <br />Broadway in the Sample Ewing <br />Development Area.
