Director's Report <br />November, 2006 <br />10/16 6-7:30pm Botanical Society Meeting at River Park Partnership <br />Center <br />10/21 2:00-5:00 710 Park Avenue. Look at windows and then continue <br />with HPC meeting at Office. <br />10/24 Attended a "Permit Meeting". This Committee involves all the <br />departments that issue permits in an attempt to put <br />on-line all of the information necessary for Building Permits <br />COAs. Historic Preservation's designations will be included in <br />fields. <br />10/25 Attended the Mayor's reception for Dr. Zimmerman <br />10/28 City Cemetery Clean Up from 10-12 with Wayne and Amy <br />Commissioners Riley, Klusczinsld, Patrick with family and friends, <br />also Michael Eby and Mikki Dobski Shidler and friends. <br />10/30 Greenhouse meeting at River Park Partnership Center 6-7:30pm <br />10/31 9:30 am Meeting at O'Brien Center with Parks concerning the <br />Greenhouses. <br />11/2 Tour of City Cemetery with Michael Eby and Amy <br />11/5 Fund Raiser at the Potawatomi Greenhouses <br />11/8 5:15 Meeting with NNN, Chuck Leone, LHD and Memorial <br />11/9 8-9AM media event at City Cemetery <br />Meeting with Margaret Ridenour, Administrative Coordinator <br />Indiana Economic Development Corporation <br />11/13 8:30-1 Oarn Meeting with Parks concerning the Botanical Society <br />and the Greenhouses. <br />3:30-5:30 Common Council Committee Presentation from Parks, <br />---- —Greg Kit -and the -Botanical -Society. <br />11/15 Attended Dedication of new SBCSC Admin Building <br />11/16 8:00 Meeting with Derek Dieter concerning the Conservatories. <br />10:00 Strategy Session with Sue Kesim.
