Er MINUTES OF AN EXECUTIVE SESSION MEETING HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION OF SOUTH BEND & SAINT JOSEPH COUNTY July 31, 2006 HPC Office 125 S. Lafayette Blvd, South Bend, Indiana 46601 Members Present: Todd Zeiger (VP), Mary Jane Chase (Secretary), Linda Riley, Jerry Ujdak, Catherine Hostetler, Tim Klusczinski (Treasurer), Joann Sporleder (Architectural Historian) Staff Present: Catherine Hostetler [Director], Amy Herdman [Asst. Director], Shawn Peterson [Counsel] Others Present: John Wiltrout j Absent: Lynn Patrick, Martha Choltz In the absence of President Lynn Patrick V%e•President Todd Zelger chaired the Executive Session. Vice President Zeiger called the Executive Session to order at 5:06pm. Shawn Peterson, Legal Counsel, explained to those present that this was an Executive Session caned for the limited purpose of discussing items listed under IC 5w14.1.5.6.1(b)(7) and (b)(13). Mr. Peterson confirmed that based upon his conversation with Catherine Hostetler that the special meeting notice for the Executive Session was properly posted and distributed In accordance with the Open Door Law. Catherine Hostetler briefed the Commissioners on reason for the Executive Session. The Commissioners were joined by John Wiltrout who Informed the Commissioners on matters related to the purposes for which the Executive Session was called. The Commissioners and Mr. VAltrout discussed said Information and the Impact said information has on matters within the Commissioners' jurisdiction. Meeting was adjourned at 6:09pm. Moved: Catherine Hostetler Second: Tim Klusczinski Vote: 7.0 Approval of these minutes for Executive Session shall constitute the Commissioners' affirmation that no subject matter was discussed in executive session other than the subject matters related to Items specified In IC 5.14.1.5.6.1(b)(7) and (13), the provisions specified In the pubiic notice for said Executive Session.
