NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />e. continued.... <br />Mr. Smith noted that his proposed <br />project will not be so much of a fast <br />food restaurant but instead cater to <br />business people who are on their way <br />home and want to pick -up a meal and <br />take it home with them. He noted that <br />he's willing to work with the staff <br />regarding the design of the building. <br />He noted that his site plan shows <br />where the drive - through window <br />would be located and that the complete <br />drive will be located on the property. <br />Also, he's willing to use one drive - <br />through lane. He noted that this will <br />be an upgrade restaurant compared to <br />other fast food restaurants in the area. <br />Ms. Schwartz noted that she couldn't <br />recall if this particular parcel of land <br />was actually put up for bid. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that she thought this <br />particular parcel of land was put up for <br />bid but she discovered that actually it <br />was not put up for bid. This parcel is <br />not currently available for sale. <br />Ms. Schwartz noted that she believes <br />the Commission would want to look at <br />overall development of this particular <br />section of that block, rather than <br />looking at one parcel.
