NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />g. continued.... <br />Street to the Board of Public Works. <br />Anne Bruneel noted that this is part of <br />a larger project in which infill housing <br />will be constructed for low and <br />moderate income families. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that the lots will be <br />conveyed from the Board of Public <br />Works to a Not - For - Profit organization <br />for the new construction of the infill <br />housing. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, <br />seconded by Ms. Auburn and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />adopted Resolution No. 1503 <br />approving the transfer of property to <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />e. Staff report on disposition of <br />property in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that Glen Smith is <br />interested in purchasing the lot from <br />the Commission that is adjacent to the <br />former Senor Kelly's building. She <br />noted that the staff has met with Mr. <br />Smith on different occasions and <br />informed him that his project would <br />not be an appropriate use for this <br />particular parcel.
