garage and other modern outbuildings and whereas there is not longer any advantage in <br />maintaining a good and substantial fence across the west end of said lot and whereas <br />William Happ is now the owner in fee simple of the real estate herein described. Now <br />therefore the said Edward P Chapin and Leonora L. Chapin his wife release to William <br />Happ the entire paragraph of restrictions in said deed and release and cancel the <br />reversionary rights in and to the said lot. <br />In Note #53 The will of William Happ dated March 1, 1938 is recorded leaving all of his <br />real estate to his three sons, Willard, Robert and Eugene as well stock in William Happ & <br />Sons, Inc. The notice of final Account of the Estate of William Happ dated March 30, <br />1943. <br />
