249 The installation of unsightly large devices, such as television satellite <br />250 dishes, solar panels, or skylights shall not be permitted in areas where <br />251 they can be viewed from a public street. <br />252 Utility poles with high-intensity overhead lights shall be installed so <br />253 they cannot be seen from a street.
