Mrs. Long's signed consent letter. <br />4. January 21, 1980 HPC meeting minutes with the motion to Landmark. <br />5. April 8, 1980 County Council minute approving Bill 25-80 creating the landmark <br />status <br />6. Bill 25-80/Ordinance #26-80 <br />7. A brief history of the original owner of 68286 Miami <br />The following are the relevant factors that the Commission considers when designating a <br />landmark: <br />I.
