GENERAL ACCOUNT(420) <br />American Electric Power <br />Walker Parking Consultant <br />REDEVELOPMENT GENERAL (433) <br />Baker & Daniels <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved and ratified the Claims <br />submitted March 21, 1997, and ordered the <br />checks to be released. Ms. Schwartz <br />abstained on the Claims from Real Estate <br />Management and Walker Parking <br />Consultants. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />a. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal from Warner and Sons for <br />professional services related to the <br />Dreisbach building in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that several weeks ago <br />someone broke into the Dreisbach <br />building and spilled a container that <br />contained some oil; it needs to be cleaned <br />up. She noted that two proposals were <br />received.
