The tombstones that do not mark a grave should be put together in an area of the <br />cemetery, so that they can still be viewed by others. <br />John Oxian also made a suggestion that Wayne Doolittle take pictures to show where all <br />of the existing tombstones are located, so that there will be a pictorial file available for <br />future reference. John Oxian also suggested that the fence ori the sides and in the back of <br />the cemetery be a six-foot chain link fence .with the prongs up. Chris Overpeck suggested <br />that a four -foot wrought iron fence be installed in the front of the cemetery for esthetics <br />reasons. <br />VIRGINIA O'HAIR: Are there any signs posted saying no dumping? <br />SHANE BARTMESS: No, there are no signs. <br />MARTHA CHOITZ: I will make a motion on application 2004-0305, that the following <br />application items be approved by the commission: <br />1. Trim dead branches and remove fallen limbs from mature trees. <br />2. Remove debris, dumped branches and leaves, and over grown brush. <br />3. Fill depressions where land has sunken. <br />4. Repair and reset headstones. <br />We also ask that someone in authority be approached to provide no -dumping signs for the <br />cemetery to stop debris and trash from being dumped there. <br />MARY JANE CHASE: Seconds the motion and it passes unanimously. <br />III. St. Casimir, district project; proposed redevelopment standards <br />GERALD UJDAK: I had a meeting a week ago with a few people from the district, <br />Marco Mariani from Community Development, and Mike Divinta. They more or less <br />went over the plans for St. Casimir, which at this time are extremely limited. There has <br />been a hundred and eight thousand dollars budgeted for sidewalks, curbs, etc. The city <br />will decide where they will go. <br />3 <br />
