Thank you for sharing your morning with Gizmo—dog and I. . <br />We propose to furnish all labor and materials to salvage your outbuilding as follows: <br />• Shore up salvageable portions of existing storage shed to save as can. <br />• Tear -out existing infested/ rotted shed walls, flooring, framing, joists & roofing <br />and haul away, tam due care torp otect salvageable components and surroundings. <br />• Install new treated supports in post and beam fashion to properly support the structure. <br />• Install new Fir T&G flooring & wall framing members as required to repair rotted wood. <br />• Existing shed wall material appears to be a 1x6 "Ship Lap" Fir Siding and shall be <br />replaced with similar materials as are available thru local suppliers. - <br />• Install new roof framing & decking upgrading roof to "Northern" snow load standards. <br />• Install 30 Ib felt over roof decking. <br />• Install GAF Weatherwatch`" Ice & Water Shield at guttered perimeter. <br />• Install white "D" style drip edge around perimeter of roof. <br />• Shingle to match pre-existing shed roofing material <br />(No extra charge to shingle matching house w/client supplied composite slate replicates). <br />• Cover all exposed wood with 2 coats first quality solid stain, (Clients choice of color). <br />• Remove all job related debris. <br />The total price for the above is $6863.00 <br />I appreciate the opportunity to serve you.
