The issues addressed were: the position of Temple Beth -El <br />with regards to the district, and the application and wording of the standards and <br />guidelines. prepared by the neighborhood and HPC for the district. <br />Progress with Temple Beth -El <br />At the November 811 meeting, the Neighborhood Board members and <br />representatives from Temple Beth -El disagreed on possible changes to the <br />proposed boundaries. Instead, the parties present agreed to meet again to <br />discuss if possible options crafted into the language of the standards could <br />provide Temple Beth -El with the flexibility its representatives. desired. HPC <br />noted it would table its opinion at the request of the Neighborhood Board. <br />The next meeting took place on November 22. Geoff Newman and David Mirkin <br />presented a draft of possible language to add to Section V. General of the <br />Chapin Park standards.
