We are going to be taking off the enclosed back porch, which is now being used as a sun -room, and replace it with a larger room. What type and style of windows are to be used in the bathroom area? (glass block style will be installed for privacy). 4. The type and style of siding that will be installed on the room addition. 5. What type and style of doors are to be installed? 66. What trees or shrubbery if any will have to be removed in order for this room addition to be built? 7. What types of trees and shrubbery will be replanted once the room addition is completed? CATHERINE HOSTETLER: I would like to make a motion that we accept application 2002-0925 as recommended by staff with the following guidelines: 1. That vertical siding will be installed on the addition. 2. That the landscape specifications be as described by the architect. 3. Crab-apple, weeping willow, arborvitae are to be replanted to replace the trees and shrubbery that will be removed.
