CERTIFICATE <br />OF <br />APPROPRIATENESS <br />The Historic Preservation Commission of South Bend & <br />St. Joseph County has reviewed the proposed work: <br />John H. Oxian, President (1) Enlargement of the back window on the East side of the house; (2) new sky- <br />lights in the back of the roof, &, (3) new addition, according to the plans submit- <br />ted, with these conditions: (a) When the existing window is enlarged, the new <br />windows shall match the windows in the front of the house in size and style, and <br />maybe paired or tripled. (b) Windows in the addition shall match the existing <br />windows in size and style, and maybe paired or tripled where desired. C The <br />second floor balcony door shall be retained for use elsewhere in the house. (d) <br />The original window sills from the middle of the back 2nd floor & between the <br />two bump -outs on the back of the first floor shall be retained and reused. (e) Al <br />new windowsills shall match the sills original to the house.
