NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />j. continued.... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and carried, the <br />Commission approved the proposal from <br />Burkhart Advertising Sign Division for <br />signage for the Morris Civic Plaza with the <br />provisions outlined above. <br />Ms. Schwartz abstained. <br />L Commission approval requested for <br />appointment to the Design Review <br />Committee for the West Washington - <br />Chapin Development Area. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that this is an eight <br />person committee. There are currently <br />two vacancies and six members that need <br />to be reappointed. The six members to be <br />reappointed are Tom Miller, Don Fozo, <br />Ann Kolata, Lois Holm, Eugenia Braboy <br />and Paul Hayden. The two vacancies are <br />the result of resignations by Jim Mullins <br />and Shelly Baumgartner. Ms. Kolata noted <br />that she asked Tom Miller from the <br />Neighborhood Association to submit <br />names of people who would be willing to <br />serve on the Design Review Committee. <br />He has done so.
