Remove and replace, "inkind", damaged or rotten clapboards throughout the entire <br />exterior of the house and garage. <br />2. Rebuild large rotted and animal damaged holes in the cornice moldings on the front <br />porch,. using Abatron's carvable "Wood Epox" and "Liquid Wood". Or if necessary, <br />replace with "inkind". <br />3. Remove rotten front porch floor and replace with 1" x 6" Douglas Fir tongue & groove <br />wood planking. Flooring to be water treated, then installed and.painted. <br />4. Repair existing gutters on front porch. Restore "hidden" gutters - if they ever existed <br />and replace downspouts. Tear -off and replace existing gray shingles on garage with Sheriff Goslin diamond shaped. <br />roofing to match the house. Add copper gutters or "Rainhandler" here as well. <br />6. Remove unsightly, two-story satellite dish attached to the southeast corner of the house. <br />L. Remove unsightly arc lamps attached to second story on the southeast and southwest <br />corners of the house. <br />8. To diminish visual effect inappropriate to the historical status of the house, replace existing, <br />"bubble plastic" skylight windows on the third floor with new energy efficient, low profile <br />skylights, using same window dimensions as exist at present. <br />9. Remove loose "stucco" finish around brick foundation of entire house. Repair/replace/paint. <br />continued <br />
