Staff Rescinding Powers <br />HPC Staff may rescind fines, at their discretion, based on the following criteria: <br />1) First offence <br />a) HPC Staff can rescind initial $50.00 fine. <br />HPC Rescinding Powers <br />HPC may rescind any fine at the discretion of a majority vote of the Commission during a pub- <br />licly announced meeting. <br />HPC policy pertaining to fines should be as follows: waive all fines if first offence and there is <br />complete compliance of citation; immediate implementation of fines if second offense or lack <br />of compliance. <br />Tat! Tvoes and Stop Work Orders <br />. - <br />There are two different types of tags and a stop work order notice. <br />A Stop Work Order will consist of a notice the size of a building permit, it shall be posted at the <br />violating property and if possible hand delivered to violators. It shall be issued when a viola- <br />tion is in process. <br />The two tags will have different purposes and different colors to differentiate them. <br />1) Red Tag—will be issued for violations that have occurred where all the work is <br />already done. <br />2) Blue Taa - will be issued for all minimum maintenance violations. <br />(Red tag and Stop work order willbe used for both violation of an existing CoA and no CoA) <br />8 <br />
