d) If the proposal is not accepted the owner will work with HPC Staff <br />and the HPC Standards and Maintenance Committee to resolve the <br />points of contention. - <br />- - e) _ -If no resolution can be afforded then the owner has the right to bring the <br />proposal before the HPC as a whole, for review. The decision issued by <br />the HPC will stand as the course of action to take. <br />1) The HPC will decide at this time if any fines should be sought <br />or if existing fines should be rescinded. <br />2) The property owner can contest the decision made by HPC by <br />petitioning the appropriate council. <br />f) If the owner does not comply with HPC and/or HPC Staff mandates the <br />imposition of appropriate fines will be sought from the local courts. <br />g) Inspector will visit site regularly to ensure no further violations occur. <br />h) Inform the Building Department and/or Code Enforcement. <br />4) Owner complies by submitting a new CoA. <br />a) Owner will submit a new application, by a set date, for a CoA which will <br />encompass the violation. <br />b) The application will be heard by the HPC, following the regular CoA <br />procedures. <br />1) If the application is approved by the HPC then the owner <br />may commence with the project. <br />a) HPC will decide if any fines should be <br />imposed or rescinded. <br />2) If the application is denied the owner will receive a notice <br />of the denial detailing the reasons for such action. Notice <br />will also include HPC's mandates pertaining to the <br />application and project along with a date for completion. <br />c) If the owner does not comply with HPC mandate then imposition and <br />collection of the appropriate fines will immediately be sought through <br />the local court system. <br />d) Inspector will visit site regularly to ensure no further violations occur. <br />e) Inform Building Department and/or Code Enforcement. <br />4 <br />
